We will depart 09:30 prompt and Ron Lawie will be there for a coffee from about nine. The plan is to cycle the coastal cycle route NCN1 but depending on wind direction on the day, we will decide the best route to Montrose. Heading into the wind on the coastal path is not too much fun so we'll use it to our advantage. Weather depending and at the group's discretion we could stop for a morning coffee then lunch at Madisons Montrose before heading back, afternoon tea can also be an option if the group so desire. When the route was planned it was intended to lunch at the Lunan bay cafe but this does not open until April hence a slight change.
